The Human Soul: Its Nature and Functions (mp3 Audio)
"In the course of time, there has been a great change in our ideas about the nature of the human soul."
This lecture from July 15, 1956, is a great introduction to the meaning of 'soul' and how it operates in our lives. Manly P. Hall takes a trinity appraoch, placing the Soul between Spirit (or heaven) and Body (or earth) - and as a mediator between the two extremes. He also goes on to suggest ways in which we can get to know our souls better, and how to work with it to make for a better experience with the world and others in our own daily lives.
